This is a newly created role, which will partner closely with peers and colleagues on both strategy and execution, and will take on leadership responsibility for a small team of talented individuals

Let’s talk about Responsibilities• Lead on US Health Consumer Marketing Strategy, interfacing with key colleagues in their relevant areas of expertise to form the best, more impactful health consumer marketing strategy for ResMed in our largest market• Partner with colleagues both within but also external to the marketing team to craft and execute a comprehensive plan to reach consumers, educate them, and compel them to take action on their journey to healthy sleep• Manage the overarching US and AMR consumer marketing roadmap, ensuring all planned activities (including but not limited to product launches, brand campaigns, promotions, channel comms)generate value and take us closer to achieving our strategic imperatives• Act as the conductor of the Americas consumer marketing strategy, leaning heavily on other experts and bringing all elements to bear in a strategy that maximises overall impact• Manage a small and nimble team of consumer marketing talent eager to drive ResMed’s vision in this space to unlock our next phase of growth• Navigate a multichannel business by partnering with sales, audience marketing, product and transformation teams to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive plan across the entire organization that ensures a ‘best for ResMed’ approach.• Oversee our Health Consumer Marketing efforts in LatAm and Canada• Manage the AMR Health Consumer budget, balancing and allocating funds in accordance with delivering on strategic imperatives, BAU, and key initiatives with the ultimate goal of driving growth in our consumer audience space• Partner closely with the global brand team on brand and consumer efforts to maximise the impact of brand initiatives to the consumer audience• Contribute to the establishment and adoption of sustainable, scalable and efficient business processes, as we work towards driving ResMed to being the number 1 healthcare brand.• Be a key member of the Health Consumer Marketing Leadership Team, contribute to leadership culture, communication and collaborationLet's talk about Top 5 required skills:1.Broad consumer marketing experience – a generalist who knows how to bring all touchpoints and avenues into play to reach consumers and compel them to take action2.
