We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who enjoys collaborating with strategists, creatives and technologists to shape great brand experiences. You understand the user-centered design process and are able to both conduct research and to design experiences with clients, customers and team members. Your key role is to define, document, and craft seamless, systematic experiences through innovative approaches and industry best practices. You are confident and inspiring.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate and partner with multi-disciplinary project teams on a wide range of clients and technology platformsWork closely with the Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams to define project objectives, user needs, content requirements, and technical specificationsConduct assessments of existing properties, and synthesize findings into best practices for usability, content, and experience designCreate and document compelling interaction design solutions via findings, personas, journeys, mental models, site maps, prototypes and detailed annotated wireframes that illustrate user needs, experience structure, process flow, layout, and informational relationshipsConduct stakeholder interviews, user research, usability studies and competitive audits, and convert findings into insights that impact designPlan and lead UX/CX brainstorms and workshopsCreate low-, medium-, and /or high-fidelity prototypes that inform the design processDesign and facilitate user testing sessionsPresent concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders and clientsContribute innovative ideas to and participate in new business pitchesCollaborate with the PM team to ensure the UX scope aligns with the project schedule, budget, and goals.Confidently and thoughtfully define the UX approach and scope as well as estimate the level effort needed to accomplish the UX outputs and tasks.What We’re Looking For

Portfolio that includes examples of the complete User Experience design process within project case studies including setting strategy, defining scope, exploring structure, and creating annotated wireframesProven experience as a senior-level UX contributor on executions including digital products, e-commerce platforms, websites, mobile applications, and interactive and immersive experiencesProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and SketchExcellent analytical and process-oriented skillsExcellent presentation, verbal and written skillsA multi-tasker who enjoys working collaboratively on multiple projects with interdisciplinary teams7+ years of experience in the user experience field at a digital agencyA bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Information Science, Library Science, Human Factors or related subject, or equivalent experience

What’s In It for You

POP offers competitive compensation and full benefits. The starting salary for this role is between $105,000 and $125,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the Total Rewards we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description and located in Seattle. As a company, we have a location-based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
