The ideal candidate will have a background with leading brands like Mattel, Warner Bros, and Disney.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goalsDrive digital and social media marketing campaigns, launches, and partnershipsExperience in community management, engagement, and growth is importantIdentify and capitalize on new channel opportunitiesWorking with the Head of Growth, Community Manager, and co-foundersManage a significant marketing budgetQualifications:8-10+ years in brand marketingProven track record in building successful IP brandsKnowledge of conventional brand strategies and conventions/trade showsStartup mindsetExperience building traditional toy brands and conventional brandsA basic understanding of NFTs, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency spaceUnderstanding trends, pop culture, and what resonates with the broader consumer base, especially in toys and entertainmentUnderstanding of business operations, strategic planning, and financial acumenLiving, willing to travel or relocate near MiamiCompensation:$200,000+ salary, bonuses, and benefits.Opportunities for career development.
