Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You’ll develop and execute impactful account-based marketing (ABM) programs, utilizing data and insights to focus on high-propensity and high-intent accounts. Your goal is to orchestrate relevant marketing and sales actions throughout the buying lifecycle.This role is pivotal in the partnership between marketing, sales, and external partners. Your toolkit includes data-driven expertise and a flair for creative campaigns. You'll orchestrate multi-faceted activities (i.e. email outreach, direct mailers, webinars, etc.) to raise Gem’s brand profile and cultivate a strong demand for our solutions.Events are another key pillar of your success. Tradeshows, Gem’s flagship event - Talent Summit, and other strategic events will be where you shine, ensuring maximum impact and Gem’s strong market presence. You’ll collaborate seamless with partners, manage integrated campaigns, and maintain clear communications to build Gem’s reputation within the region.What you’ll do day-to-day:Strategic Team Player: Collaborate closely with the Enterprise sales team and other key business functions to drive success.Program Powerhouse: Develop and execute targeted marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate demand, and deliver measurable pipeline growth.Data-Driven Decision Maker: Track key metrics across pipeline opportunities and leads, using insights to refine strategies and optimize results.Collaborative Champion: Support the Head of Demand Generation in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives across the region.About you:B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven experience developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies, ideally with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).Talent Acquisition Advantage: Prior experience in the talent acquisition/recruiting industry is a significant plus.Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving measurable results in marketing initiatives, driving pipeline growth, and meeting deadlines and budgets.Collaborative & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with sales teams, and adapt quickly to changing needs.Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to connect tactical execution with broader business objectives.Marketo Mastery: Hands-on experience with Marketo is essential.Gem is an equal opportunity employer.
