The Position:

The Vice President of Growth Marketing will lead Netradyne's team of highly-skilled demand generation specialists focusing on integrated campaigns, paid media, organic traffic generation, content strategy, community & social, CRO (web design & development), and full-funnel digital marketing. This person will own the biggest opportunity in the company: growing our top of funnel, while making sure it converts to pipeline and ARR.

This person will be a hands-on leader, helping their team develop the best strategies for growth while nurturing a fun and engaging working environment built on trust and respect. You will report directly to Netradyne's CMO and will work with other top executives across the company to develop demand creation and demand generation strategies that fuel consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of marketers to drive key business metrics (web traffic, MQAs, MQLs, SALs, Opportunities, conversion rates, CAC, and CAC payback period)Own pipeline for our ABM-focused and sales-led motion and partner closely with sales leadership on pipeline generation strategiesBe incredibly analytical and metrics driven - data, data, dataWork closely with product marketing and content marketing to help develop fully integrated campaigns aligned to key audiences at different stages of the funnelAnalyze full-funnel data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to determine investment decisions (channels, campaigns, and programs), extract key insights, and recommend actionsUnderstand and scrutinize our operations and systems to recommend how we anticipate and promote data analysis and scalabilityRegularly report to leadership on performance against goals and OKRsDevelop a broad understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive difference and disruptive opportunities.Work with key leaders across the organization to drive growth strategies that support the organization.

Skills & Experience:

Have 12+ years of experience leading high-performing growth marketing and demand generation teams, with experience managing managers in B2B SaaSHave a deep understanding of ABM and integrated marketing campaignsHave experience building scalable and repeatable growth models and processHave a deep understanding of segmentation and driving growth in new verticals and new geographiesBoth strategic and executional - Will you be in the weeds doing the work in addition to developing strategy?Experience working for companies at similar growth funding stages (series D) or $100M+ ARRA proven people-first and thoughtful leader who has helped their teams grow professionally and realize success in their current roles.Ability to hire, train, deploy, and manage excellent, talented marketing professionals.A vast knowledge of leveraging data to quickly identify opportunities for growth and to prove which growth strategies are the best path forward.
