Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the affiliates or paid search channels for the GPS Services division. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the affiliates or paid search channels, aligned with the overall marketing objectives and business goalsManage and optimize affiliate partnerships, ensuring strong relationships with key partners, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to drive maximum ROI.Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid search campaigns across various platforms (such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and conversions.Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting on the performance of affiliates and paid search campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to develop compelling marketing assets, landing pages, and user experiences that enhance campaign effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices for affiliates and paid search marketing.Monitor and manage marketing budgets for the affiliates or paid search channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering results within the defined financial targets.Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.Proven experience in managing affiliate programs or paid search campaigns, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, paid search platforms, and related tools (such as CJ Affiliate, Awin, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).Demonstrated experience in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools is a plus.
