Aligned with this goal, we are seeking a dynamic, marketing leader to support the Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs (LGBTQ+) and the Office of Disability Inclusion (ODI) audiences. The DEI Marketing Senior Associate will work to support building the firms brand, communicating our impact, and creating points of engagement with key segments and working closely with our lines of business across our Chase, J.P. Morgan and JPMorgan Chase & Co. teams.You will support working with a team of marketing professionals, some of whom are dedicated to specific Firmwide programs, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and the Marketing Center of Excellence across brand, media and digital execution teams. This role will report to the Corporate Impact DEI Marketing Director and work with each of the aforementioned teams to assist with creating and managing the marketing plans within our key pillars of Financial Health, Small Business Growth, Careers and Skills and Community Development to achieve desired KPI outcomes aligned to our telling our global impact.
