If you're looking for a job where you can have a real impact then you've come to the right place.Job SummaryThe Marketing Campaigns Associate will be responsible for leading a team covering demand generation in specific regions. Working in lockstep with one or more industry sales leaders to develop, execute, and continually optimize the demand generation of the market. As leader of the campaigns, you'll work with other campaign leaders to define the strategy, overarching campaign messages and then lead the team to execute multi-faceted campaigns that will ensure the target number of leads for the market. Campaigns may include webinars, content, email, ads, social media, webpages, videos and other digital assets that build trust with our audience.What You’ll Do HereWork with campaigns leadership team to define and execute a campaign strategy that is aligned with the region's sales goals and overall campaign goals.Collaborate with internal and external experts to execute on campaigns.Deliver multifaceted campaigns that include a cornerstone asset, variations on this asset to be used for content sharing (or content syndication), social posts, email invites, webinars, videos, and other deliverables required to promote and execute the campaign.Lead the quality delivery of the assets in the campaign by working closely with the marketing services team.Manage and attend tradeshows and associations including signing contracts for events and co-branded events while using events team to drive leads from tradeshows.Manage and attend owned events including managing vendors, invitations of prospective clients and customers, and internal teamRegular interaction and research with business development management team and business development reps (BDRs) to ensure leads produced are converting to qualified sales opportunities including creating briefings, Outreach sequences for follow up with leads (and other materials) and finally adjusting as necessaryWork with Marketing Ops to report on progress across markets, products, funnel, cohorts, tactics and more in near real time with a structured framework that ensures ability to change course as neededMaking data driven decisions to propose and execute campaigns.Being the voice of the region for marketing & campaignsWhat You’ll Bring to UsBS/MS degree in marketing or a related field3+ years demand generation with B2B SaaS companiesProven ability define a strategy and deliver results against aggressive goalsExcellent writing and speaking skillsExperience in collaborating directly with salesExperience working with business development repsExperience in contract negotiationsAn enthusiastic, high energy team member who is viewed as a “doer” on the team and across internal organizationsWilling to travel as needed to events and tradeshowsWhat We OfferInternational, fast-paced, and rapidly growing environmentChance to work with the world’s biggest brands at the CX tech leaderAgile and open-minded culture, with high levels of trust and flexibilityOpportunity for professional growth and developmentPossibility to learn new and cutting-edge technologies in an environment that encourages new ideasBenefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Coverage OptionsFlexible Working HoursUnlimited PTO12 paid Holidays2 Paid Community Service DaysCompany paid STD and LTD401KParental Leave BenefitsEducational Reimbursement OpportunitiesReferral Bonus ProgramAccess to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Scheduled Company Learning Days and access to additional courses via our online Emplifi AcademyThere’s more as well!
