As part of the Marketing team, the Channel Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing growth strategies across various digital acquisition channels.

The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of B2B marketing experience that spans demand generation, content strategy, paid social media, analytics and user experience. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop creative assets, align messaging with brand objectives, and orchestrate digital acquisition efforts to generate demand within specified audience segments, fueling the company's growth trajectory.

Balancing the art and science of marketing, the Channel Marketing Manager is well-versed in the industry trends and strives to optimize the end-to-end approach across the client decision journey, and uses a test-learn-optimize approach to deliver a strong return on objectives and investment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies encompassing paid and organic digital acquisition channels (including SEM, SEO, paid social, display, and retargeting) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.Maintain and manage agency relationships to ensure program and channel growth/optimizationManage and curate content for Medrio's organic social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging content, and community interaction.Create, implement, and optimize channel-specific marketing plans that align with overarching business objectives and target audience segmentation.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (such as product marketing, sales, and design) to develop compelling creative assets that resonate with the brand message and optimize channel performance.Conduct regular analysis and reporting on channel performance metrics, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.Ensure the alignment of messaging and content across all digital acquisition channels to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to proactively identify improvement and innovation opportunities.

Customers or Clients:

Internal Departments - primarily Marketing, Sales, Customer SuccessThird-party vendors – SEO/SEM and web vendors

Education and Years of Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or related field preferred or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of five years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a healthcare SaaS providerExperience with clinical trials preferred

Working Conditions:

Travel required up to 10% with the ability to lift up to 20 poundsRequired to participate in frequent meetings using virtual technology like Google Meet or ZoomSitting for the majority of the workday

A strong portfolio and a proven track record of delivering segmented, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver a favorable return on objectives and investmentThorough knowledge of marketing principles, demand generation, brand, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.A collaborative team player able to effectively work and build consensus across teams with many different stakeholdersPossess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulnessSuperb project, budget, and time management skillsStrong familiarity with sales operations and marketing technology, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana/Wrike, Confluence, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to exercise agility within a rapidly growing organization that serves a dynamic life sciences sector
