You see opportunities to create new ways of working, learn more about the evolving digital and content influence, and help push boundaries for pharma in the Video space.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.Your Impact:Video ActivationManage the Video Activation Process across multiple clients independentlyManage the daily workflow of campaigns across the video eco-system (linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, Addressable), including proposal development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recapsAssume accountability of campaign execution for assigned client accountsReview client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are sound and viableUnderstand value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accountsParticipate in forecasting exercises for senior managementDevelop processes to ensure data integrity and implement across the agencyMaintain an understanding of the systems used such as MediaOcean/Prisma or other digital buying tools, Ad Servers/Verification, DSPs, Social Platforms, DMPs, and internal proprietary toolsProvide ideas and solutions for pain points/problems in processes; partner with internal and external teams to develop best practices, enhancements, and tools to improve theseDetermine and activate how to deliver necessary data to teams for multiple reporting purposesMaintain relationships with vendors to ensure trust with our buying partnersCultivate a team-focused mentality across the larger Investment teamWork with New Business to help with pitch and plan development as it pertains to prospective clientsQualifications

Working knowledge of all basic media systems/tools (ie. MediaOcean, Prisma, Spectra/Media Bank)Experience with all areas of National and Local Video, including Linear, OLV, CTV, and AddressableComfortable with presenting, in person and virtually, to client and internal teamsFollow agency procedures (accurate timesheets, GDPs, 360 feedback)Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)Bachelor's degree required8+ years digital activation experiencePharmaceutical industry preferredAdditional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva LaDifférence”meanswe’rebetter together, and we believe thatour differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and we reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, we will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
