Staying deeply engaged with our customers' needs, shedding light on complex and hidden challengesBringing the comprehensive customer solution to life by seamlessly integrating human experiences with an exceptional productCollaborating effectively with visual, service and content designers to create a comprehensive experienceUsing quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights that guide design choices and understand user behaviorInfluencing others through strategic storytelling, building strong partnerships, and fostering relationships by collaborating with various teamsWorking closely with product managers and engineers to innovate, execute, and deliver designs8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or another relevant field; Master’s preferredDeep knowledge of design principles and methodsCuriosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business resultsEffective communicator, presenter, and negotiatorOrganized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely mannerExpertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototypingMastery of design tools such as Figma, and skilled in creating 'lo-fi' prototypes to share with users in a fast, iterative mannerA dazzling online portfolioBonus: Service Design experience
