The ideal candidate excels in analyzing market trends, orchestrating events such as webinarsand trade shows, and demonstrates advanced proficiency in HubSpot. Budget management skills areessential. Washington, DC / RemoteResponsibilities:● Team leadership: proven experience as a manager, building team performance and culture in ahigh-growth environment● Planning and execution: demonstrable skill working with teams to build and execute quarterly andyearly plans aligned with company’s overall goals and strategy, including budget management,and projection of results; project and plan for department staffing needs● Performance monitoring and management: proven track record using analytics to monitor andoptimize program performance, including investment rationalization, based on past performanceand results● Sales alignment and partnership: experience working in partnership with sales and customersuccess teams enabling reps with account engagement programs leading to opportunitydiscovery and pipeline generation.● Opportunity and Market Development: responsible for coordinating with business development formarket presence and customer engagement, analyzing market trends to identify growthopportunities and challenges● Lead the selection of suitable events by analyzing historical ROI and event background. Providedirection on necessary materials for an impactful event● Lead digital marketing initiatives from conception to full implementation, including SEO, SEM, andother digital channels, to enhance lead generation and brand recognition.● Maintain brand voice and pillars to standards, ensure messaging aligns, and assist in craftingmarketing content and conceptsPhysical Demands:● Ability to remain in a stationary position and use a computer for extended periods.● Ability to travel as needed to attend conferences and other eventsRequirements:● Extensive experience in a senior marketing role (Head of Marketing, Marketing VP/Director, etc.).● Direct experience in Federal, State and Local and International Public Sector (law enforcement,military, defense) market segments, including field programs, Federal Law Enforcement events,paid and earned media, web-site strategy, campaign planning and management, and event marketing● Public Sector experience with global scope (e.g. applying US based programs and best-practicesto other countries, as well as collaborating with geo diverse teams, campaigns and productmarketing on a global strategy and approach)● Successful track record in designing, building and executing field-focused marketing programsacross digital, first and third party events, and partner ecosystem including resellers and technologypartners● Expertise in SEO, SEM, web analytics, Google Adwords, and performance based ads● Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms, specifically Hubspot● Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills● Strategic thinker with decision-making capabilities● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field● Willingness to travel within the United States● Highly ethical, honest and responsibleThe expected annualized salary compensation for this position is between $90,000 - $160,000 with participation in our stock equity plan, and an annual at-target incentive bonus opportunity of at least 10% of salary at 100% achievement (actual achievement % will vary).
