to join Mighty Health in creating the future of health and wellness for aging adults. We are a small team, so you'll be joining early and will be able to get involved in many aspects of an early-stage startup. Your work will directly improve the health of our members and (ultimately) help them live longer, more fulfilling lives.This role is full time and remote (work from home). Research, write and edit health and wellness content (both short- and long-form) for our app platform and marketing properties to help educate members on their healthLead editorial decision making, based on what our members are asking for as well at the latest trends and research literatureIterate and improve on our content creation processes, including the organizational structure of our app and marketing content so members can more easily discover what they needWork closely with the founders and marketing team to contribute directly to growth/brand strategy and roadmapMonitor your impact on our members’ engagement and our company’s growth via SEO and organic trafficDeeply understand the problems experienced by our membersIdeally, you...
Are an excellent writer and natural storyteller who can communicate empathetically, relatably, and conciselyAre passionate about health and wellness and have regularly produced or consumed content about nutrition, exercise, mental health, or self-careAre a highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter who has owned projects from end-to-end beforeHave a growth mindset and eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent, fast-paced and shifting startup environmentHave 2+ years of experience within a brand, a content team, or managing an editorial spaceHave genuine empathy for members and their families, and a deep desire to help them be their mightiest selvesCare deeply about making healthcare more effective and accessible, especially for underserved populationsAbout Mighty Health Personal exercise + nutrition coach for people over 50
