We’re looking for an in-house VP, Performance Marketing to help lead a growing digital-heavy media team. This role would report to our Chief Marketing Officer and manage a team of 6+ digital specialists spanning all functions of email acquisition and paid ads (digital). We do not seek to just garner views, but impact as well as we change hearts and minds across America.

We’re looking for a creative and efficient leader skilled at building and motivating teams, but can also ‘do’ the work and won’t just delegate. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial organization top-to-bottom requiring vision AND execution abilities.

MUST be well-versed in online revenue and digital marketing for a $50M+ organization, with 10+ years of experience to be considered for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate opportunities for increasing revenue growth whether through email marketing techniques, sponsorship sales, and/or utilizing other in-house resourcesProviding leadership on email rentals/partnerships, online partnerships, etc.including strong strategic guidance from the beginning on existing and innovative new acquisition/retention methods of subscriber & donor baseWork with CMO on splitting projects requiring senior leadership - donor sponsorships, communication, reports, etc.Oversee digital ad spend of ~$20M+/year in all aspects across multiple key vendors (Meta, Google/YouTube, X, Spotify, email partners)Oversee data/analytics team to understand performance results and optimize for efficiency of spendInitiate, cultivate, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and efforts - ensure we have true, integrated marketing and 360 degree campaigns with our key initiativesPrioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

Successful Candidates Will Possess :

10+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on online marketing strategies and execution including paid ads, email, social, online fundraisingStrong email / direct marketing list partnership and general revenue expansion historyStrong experience in managing large budgets for digital advertising campaigns (Google/Youtube, Meta, X, Spotify).Experience assessing existing marketing tactics and approaches within the marketing organization and making improvements where necessaryDeep understanding of other aspects of marketing (Brand/Design, PR, E-Commerce, etc.) extremely helpful and preferredExperience with data/analytics oversight and directionProven ability to establish trust and loyalty, and develop and motivate a high performing teamExceptional verbal and written communication skillsPassion and understanding of not just our vision/mission, but also our presenters/talent, shows, and the conservative media landscapeLove of traditional American values - life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness

Salary Range:

The salary target for this role is $150,000-$200,000+ depending on experience. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
