These skills often are underdeveloped because of a lack of mentorship opportunities, challenges arising from hybrid and remote work environments, and the steep costs of executive coaching or other learning models.We believe the next generation of technologies can address these challenges and provide improved experiences for learners at scale.Job Description:We are looking for a Director of Learning Content to join our team.The ideal candidate has a background in learning & development and has a strong interest in harnessing innovative technologies including generative artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to create the next generation of B2B SaaS e-learning solutions bridging the gap between emerging technologies and user capabilities.The role requires a unique combination of skills in instructional design and adult learning, product management, and prompt engineering, along with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships both internally (including executive leadership and cross-functional teams) and with customers.If you have a corporate learning and development background, a strong technical foundation (ideally in generative AI applications and experience with B2B SaaS), and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, we’d be excited to meet you.

Responsibilities:Learning experience design – apply best practices in instructional design to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Incorporate emerging trends in learning technologies and methodologies, including generative AI and LLM-based tools.

Design and development of learning solutions – create and scale innovative learning and development simulations that align with both the company’s goals and the specific needs of the company’s B2B SaaS customers and segments.

Product management – rapidly incorporate feedback from key stakeholders into overall product vision and output. Modify and create content for the overall user experience.

Desired Qualifications:Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or higher with a record of impressive academic and professional achievement, along with 7-10+ years of professional experience. A master’s or doctorate in education, organizational development, or other advanced degree is preferred.

Experience developing employee and leadership development courses and modules, and the delivery and facilitation of development training in a corporate setting using a range of methods (e.g., cases, scenarios, lectures, interactive simulations).

Expertise across instructional design, program, and curricula development, leadership programs and/or executive coaching, including learning and feedback techniques.

Sound judgment, exceptional commitment to setting and achieving ambitious goals, a growth mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.

Applied experience and willingness to actively engage and experiment with emerging technologies including generative AI tools, including large language models. Ideally, would have background in advanced prompt engineering techniques.

Proficient in Microsoft suite including Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Comfort operating within a startup environment, including the ability to quickly get up to speed on new content areas, multi-task, and adjust your facilitation style to accommodate different individuals.
