We’re rebuilding healthcare from the ground up and this position will play a critical role in our success. We’ve experienced tremendous growth in the last few years and we’re looking to bring on a marketing professional who can support and grow our member marketing strategy.

Reporting directly to the Director of Engagement Marketing, you’ll leverage cross-discipline strategies, tactics, and tools to help us engage employees. You’ll be responsible for optimizing marketing campaigns and providing our client success team with marketing support to drive campaigns through execution. You’ve hustled, you’ve implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high growth mode.

The salary range for this role is $100k – $120k plus bonus.

Partner with our Client Success team to unlock new opportunities and execute campaigns that help drive member growth and client retention.

Serve as a marketing subject matter expert for external partners and support the implementation and execution of campaigns

Manage the production of collateral for campaign toolkits

Manage project timelines and work with our Marketing team to ensure the timely and successful deployment of campaigns

Manage annual events in collaboration with Client Success

Regularly analyze and report the success of client campaigns

Support the launch of new markets, products, and services with cross-functional team members.

You bring a rich background of marketing strategy and execution and a book of successful work from memorable brands. We have a strong preference for market disruptors who have a proven track record growing a customer base through many channels. We hope to see from you:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 3 years of experience creating and managing marketing campaigns in a B2B2C capacity.

Experience partnering with internal account managers / client success managers to deliver comprehensive marketing strategies

Experience building relationships and working with external partners to implement and drive marketing campaigns and programs

Impeccable project management skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively build cross-functional relationships

Experience handling aggressive deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Data-driven and analytical skills — you’re able to effectively analyze and communicate data to drive high-value, actionable insights for large clients.

An entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem solving, and innovative thinking.

You’re a natural self-starter who is comfortable working independently.

Bachelors in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or related fields.

Relevant marketing experience in the healthcare space preferred
