This team supports the first-ever Faculty Information System for Higher Education institutions. The widely used Dossier product is the recognized leader for individual scholars.

About the Role

You will be the point-person for market intelligence and become a SME for product. Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas

Responsibilities
  • Developing content and collateral to support our sales team based on an understanding of the buyers' journey. This includes pitch deck, explainer videos, sales playbooks, case studies, objection handling talking points, product demo scripts, ROI calculators, product FAQs.
  • Determining and writing key thought leadership content to demonstrate value proposition and execute messaging across platforms (web, collateral, etc.)
  • Contributing to the go-to-market strategy by determining ideal target market, identifying key personas, defining the ideal buyer profiles, and creating the plan
  • Planning and executing new product launches with cross-functional teams. Understand the competitive landscape, in collaboration with Product Management and Sales; develop comparison content as needed
  • Working with Demand Gen team to inform and advise on marketing campaigns to grow our SaaS business. Analyze net new revenue trends and work collaboratively with Sales and Product to influence bookings and pipeline attainment
  • Influencing and shaping of the product roadmap on behalf of marketing and commercial opportunities
Requirements
  • Experience successfully positioning a complex product in the Higher Ed Market
  • Possess a proven track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers and teams to drive results
  • Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently
  • Experience as the key individual driving high priority go-to-market initiative and product launches,
  • Experience developing and directing marketing programs for a significant product or product category
  • Be able to support and grow high priority go-to-market initiative and product launches. Ability to write key brand and product messaging, and leads competitive benchmarking and intelligence.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Washington DC.$105,200.00 - $175,400.00
