Marketing Manager
to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will play a pivotal part in managing day-to-day marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. With the flexibility for remote work three days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored marketing plans and campaigns for the logistics industry
Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, email marketing, blogs, press releases, and marketing collateral
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand carrier needs, and monitor competitor activities
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Contribute to strategies for improving carrier engagement and retention
Organize and manage marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand visibility
Stay current on industry trends and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a publicly traded company
Travel up to 10% domestically
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications
Proven success in developing and executing growth-driven marketing strategies
Advanced certifications in marketing or related areas are a plus
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and Financial SaaS products
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Strong analytical skills with data-driven marketing experience
Experience in a start-up environment
Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices
Knowledge of the logistics industry and carrier needs
Ability to motivate and encourage change, achieving positive results in a large, dispersed organization
