Job Description :We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the marketingteam in executing campaigns and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starterwith a passion for marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to managemultiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across variouschannels such as social media, email, and digital advertising.Support the marketing team in organizing promotional events and traditional or digitalcampaigns.Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to execute promotional events andcampaigns.Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, andreports.Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.Monitor social media platforms and assist with social media marketing efforts.Help organize and coordinate marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.Update customer databases and perform market analysis.Prepare and deliver regular reports on marketing metrics for senior management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relatedfield.Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role.Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (e.g., CRM tools), and applications (e.g.,Google Analytics).Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of digital marketing methods and tools is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and development.Friendly and supportive work environment.
