The Roberts Williams Team at RE/MAX Premier is searching for a dedicated Marketing Administrator to support our dynamic real estate team. This pivotal role involves managing our customer database, executing thoughtful gifting initiatives, boosting our online presence through engaging social media content and coordinating impactful events. Compensation: • Base Salary: $38,000-$48,000 • Bonus Potential • Paid time off after 90-day period Responsibilities: • Maintain and update the CRM database with past clients and network contacts • Design and implement gifting programs for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) • Oversee the “Thank You” card initiative • Track closing dates and prepare celebratory items • Regularly update listings, photos, and videos across all social media platforms • Manage and refresh the team website • Develop a system for sending monthly postcards and personalized letters • Collect Google reviews from past and current clients • Organize and coordinate marketing events with clients and business partners • Assist with incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member • Schedule appointments with business partners • Manage personal schedule and continuously improve team processes • Create and maintain a manual on “Marketing Systems and Customer Relationships” Qualifications: • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Proficient with computers; experience with Google Sheets and Airtable is a plus • Detail-oriented, focusing on accuracy and timeliness • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset • Service-oriented with the ability to handle diverse personalities • A CAN and WILL DO attitude, ready to assist wherever needed to support the team’s success Compensation: $38,000-$48,000
