Project/Connections Coordinator
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the lead for multiple projects, including a SOP for our ticket management platform, weekly wholesaler newsletters, preparing quarterly wholesaler panel presentation materials, as well as other ad hoc projects that will help support Connections.
Build master timelines for each project considering all phases, contingencies, and dependencies. Set review schedules and meeting cadence.
Partner with and work closely with various stakeholders within Connections, our vendors, and other departments within necessary to complete projects.
Understand necessary resources for each project and help to anticipate bandwidth conflicts by managing priorities, and ensure they are clearly communicated and adhered to by the project stakeholders.
Record, interpret and consolidate feedback from cross-functional teams, as needed, to pass along to project stakeholders.
Coordinate material hand-offs to the appropriate parties.
Conduct project close-outs and assess efficiencies to improve processes.
Organize file and folder directories on our shared file servers
Contribute to the overall improvement of Connection’s operations
There may be opportunities to assist the Strategy & Finance team with financial tasks, including monthly and year-end close, opening purchase orders, and budget tracking
Other Requirements:
1-3 years of agency experience in a project/product management capacity
Experience managing and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem solve, motivate others, and drive the process
