This Is Voice is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.Engage with influencers and other key stakeholders to enhance our social media presence.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
