Experienced Account Manager within Public Relations Needed for a TOP Hospital in Philadelphia!
Account Manager - Public Relations Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PMPay Rate: $53.58 per hourContract - with the opportunity to extend long term or go permanentlyAccount Manager - Public Relations Job Description:• Act as the primary gatekeeper for business partner communication and requests• Provide prompt and courteous response to requests, helping the department maintain its reputation as a growth focused, solutions-oriented resource• Work proactively with business partners and within the Marketing/PR teams to define strategic goals and ensure that each project reflects and strengthens the brand• Serve as the marketing strategist and subject matter expert on assigned areas• Possess strong time management skills, ability to manage deliverables across all marketing channels - traditional and digital-and ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities• Track and communicate competitive analysis for assigned areas• Take summary and direction for projects including agreed upon goals, budgets, due dates, production specifications and creative direction, and develop a comprehensive work order and, where appropriate, a creative brief to initiate each project. If needed, conduct independent research to augment client-provided content• Establish and lead regular meetings to bring teams together to ensure that project goals and expectations are being met• Lead and manage every phase of assigned projects ensuring that every team member is executing responsibilities consistent with project plan, quickly resolving problems and obstacles and reporting barriers or risks to supervisor(s)• Help to continually optimize workflow, utilizing Workfront, our project management software system.• Work with production to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
Account Manager - Public Relations Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Communications/ Marketing/ Advertising or equivalent RequiredAt least four (4) years experience in brand communications or marketing RequiredPrior advertising agency experience Preferred
