Support the Category leader in the following:
Drafting & adapting product conceptsFinancial/Economic equations with DMI FinanceR&I/Industry CoordinationCreation and/or validation of Launch PackCMI
Analysis: Consumer trends, Nielsen, competitive activityResearch plan materials creationParticipation in focus groupsJob Requirements:Education/Experience:
BA degree required; MBA desired2-3+ years of Industry related marketing work experience (consumer package goods or beauty)Experience working collaboratively with R&D on a new product or renovationPrior experience in Operational or Global MarketingExperience managing challenging projects that may not have been successfulExperience or exposure to international marketCompetencies/Skills:
