Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and coordinate events by identifying, assembling and organizing requirements; establishing contracts, developing budgets and schedules; managing mailing lists to ensure event successAssist in the planning and coordinating of all marketing eventsResponsible for creating, implementing and managing the success of highly comprehensive marketing and communication functions; in the areas of branding, website content, social media, public relations, and campaignsAssure that consistent communication of image and position are pertinent and practiced throughout the organizationResponsible for researching, developing, writing, editing, and proofreading original written a graphical content for capabilities packages, proposals and interviewsPrepare “E-blasts”, maintain email databaseMaintains and updates the marketing calendar as well as the weekly content calendarTracks, collates and maintains inventory of marketing materialsMonitor and use web analyticsLeads projects as assigned, such as special eventsPartner with Director of Marketing on various tasks and projectsPerform all other job duties and responsibilities assignedQualifications:
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work cooperatively with a variety of peopleA team player with excellent communications skills with all levels of managementAbility to be self-directed and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approachAbility to multitask under tight schedules and deadlinesExcellent organizational skills with ability to hand off projects and quickly re-tool for new projectsRequisites:
Bachelors in Marketing required3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust be fluent in Spanish in addition to EnglishBenefits as a Related Employee:
