Position Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at Choice One, you'll shape our brand identity. Working closely with our recruiting and business development teams, you'll create compelling visual content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Develop eye-catching materials for lead generation, recruitment, branding, and internal/external communication.

Web Design: Maintain and enhance our company website (experience with platforms like WordPress is a plus).

Social Media: Create and post engaging content for our social media channels.

Video Editing/Production: Produce promotional videos and presentations.

Photography: Capture images that showcase our projects and team.

Business Development: Contribute to proposals and Statements of Qualifications.

Internal Initiatives: Collaborate on company events and initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.Experience and proficiency in graphic design.Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite software.Understands web design principles (WordPress experience preferred).Is proficient in MS Office.Skill in or willingness to learn photography/videography.Experience in marketing is a plus, but not required.Ability to work fully on-site in our Sidney, OH office.Why work at Choice One?
