Style Crest is seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to act as the primary steward of our brand's visual identity, overseeing its application across sales collateral, in-store merchandising, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms. Style Crest is a growing organization with a complex hierarchy of distribution and product brands, and the Graphic Designer will both create and guide the creation of visually elegant and simple marketing materials that resonate with each of our target customer segments while maintaining harmony with our overall brand strategy, style guide, and trademarks.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Brand Stewardship

Serves as owner of brand style guide, and manages logos, fonts, color palettes, and overall visual identity for Style Create master brand. Provides input and counsel on brand tone, story, headlines, and other copy elements.Coordinates visual identity across distribution and product brands in ways that drive business results and clearly communicate value proposition of the sub-brand while also reinforcing the master brandMerchandising

Collaborates with branch leadership to develop endcaps, shelf talkers, counter cards, hang tags, and other display items to enhance the in-branch experience.Collaborates with Event Manager design and enhance visual identity for trade shows, local events, customer events, sponsorships, and homeowner events.Collaborates with e-commerce and product management teams to ensure product photography and graphics visually depict each product in a manner that drives conversion and purchase.Sales Enablement

Leads creation of updated templates for sell sheets, brochures, trifolds, catalogs, and all needed print collateral materials utilized by outside sales and branches and uses those templates to build out collateral for specific products either personally or through management of a third-party resource.Works closely with Marketing Platform Manager on product catalogs to ensure accurate product data flows from Product Information management platform (PIM) to design platform (Adobe InDesign)Supports sales, marketing team, and corporate leadership by creating custom presentations, slides and graphics as needed.Visual Assets

Owns photo library including standalone product images and in-home installed photos, and provides recommendations as needed on needed investments to update either through stock or original photos.Develops and updates icons for product groups and manages use in accordance with Style Guide.Creates additional graphics as needed to support communications materials across both online and offline platforms.Print & Promo Fulfillment

Supports in-house Print Center and Collateral Fulfillment Coordinator with ensuring latest versions of collateral are available to order on internal online store. Supports Collateral Fulfillment Coordinator with production of collateral pieces to ensure speedy fulfillment of orders from branches and outside sales.Supports promotional product offering, suggesting new products/colors/varieties to offer, sourcing vendors, and managing creation (logo placement, proof approval, etc).Digital Marketing

Creates compelling graphics for social media posts and customer emails.Manages templates for html emails, landing pages, and web site pages.Contributes to web site design process with understanding of brand and visual identity.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Experience in marketing design or art direction is required, either as part of a corporate marketing team, as a freelancer, or in an advertising agency or marketing firm.Experience with building products or home goods is preferred.3+ years of experience in graphic design, advertising or related field.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or other presentation software is required.Experience with html design and digital marketing techniques is preferred. .Demonstrated experience in branding, logo design, and brand style guide creation or application.Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.Must be able to make solid decisions using sound judgment.Must have the ability to interact with multiple levels of management, associates and third party vendors.Must be process & detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, re-prioritize with changing needs, and document/communicate status through use of project/task management tools.Must have excellent computer skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint is an asset.Must be able to travel as needed (
