Job Description

Join our innovative Design team as a talented Senior UX Designer. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in creating a seamless, intuitive, and captivating gaming experience for our users.

Collaborate closely with the Head of UX and fellow designers to enhance our user interface designs and support the organization's objectives.

Key duties and responsibilities include:Help craft and lead the discovery design process for our platform, driving innovation and ensuring a superior user experienceUphold design principles and style guidelines to ensure visual and experiential consistencyMentor fellow designers in terms of strategy and executionPrioritize key initiatives to enhance user experience and ensure we are focused on impactful improvementsConcentrate on the native app for Tipico, optimizing it across multiple marketsContinuously improve and maintain the applications with a multi-market product focusServe as the backbone of our user engagement strategy, fostering strong user connections and satisfactionQualifications

5-7 years of experience as a UX designer, successfully driving projects from conception to completionExperience with mentorship and crafting design processesExpertise in the discovery phase of the Triple Diamond design processProficient in utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data sources, with the ability to discern when each is appropriateSkilled in presenting findings and viable solution recommendations in a clear and concise mannerStrong knowledge of UX best practices, with a focus on mobile-first and responsive design approachesSkills

Graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skillsProven ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site mapsDemonstrable experience with user interface design and ideation mapping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDExperience collaborating effectively with software engineersCapable of Rapid prototypingProficient in designing and optimizing mobile appsFluent in English (oral and written) is essentialBehaviors / Personal Characteristics
