Marketing at Brex

The Marketing team tells the Brex story. Our marketers-across Brand, Product Marketing, Content, and Growth-are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We're a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

How You'll Contribute:Craft clear and compelling positioning and messaging that communicates the value and benefits of Brex's travel solutionCollaborate with our business development team to identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the travel ecosystemDevelop, maintain, and communicate our internal product roadmap to internal stakeholders and customer accountsLaunch new travel capabilities to drive customer acquisition and expansion across key accountsSupport our sales and solutions consulting teams in account strategy, sales presentations and demos, and customer RFIs/RFPsRequirements

3+ years of experience in a product marketing role focused on B2B softwareStrong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives across audiencesExcellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsAptitude for complex problem solving and strategic prioritizationAbility to drive alignment and influence strategic Product and GTM stakeholdersBonus points

Experience in travel (i.e., technology, software)

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $131,984 - $164,980. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
