THE ROLE

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and manage a team in planning, developing, and overseeing the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives. In this role, you will guide the overall marketing direction based on market research and analysis. You will also monitor and adjust marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and drive growth. The goal is to enhance our brand, boost customer engagement, and support our company's growth objectives.

his role is 100% onsite 5 days a week.

WHAT YOU WILL DOLead and manage the marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies and initiatives.Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing plans.Guide the overall marketing direction based on market research and analysis.Monitor and adjust marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and drive growth.Enhance brand presence and boost customer engagement.Support the company's growth objectives through targeted marketing efforts.Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.Ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and market trends.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the marketing team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Over 8+ years of marketing experience.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteProficiency with CRM software like HubSpot or SalesforceProven leadership experience managing marketing and creative teamsSuccessful track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies for B2B, B2C, and DTC markets
