As the V.P. of Marketing, you will be responsible for the development and successful execution of all marketing initiatives and strategies for the credit union. You will lead our marketing team and contribute and drive the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and innovative leader with a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns. They will excel in leveraging data-driven insights while collaborating across departments to enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Corporate Office - Fort Wayne, IN

Schedule:Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that are aligned with company goals.
  • Direct marketing annual sales planning, including an analysis of competitive products/services, selling techniques, legislation, budgets, pricing and distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, traffic, and prepare regular reports for board members and executive leadership.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing department by implementing and leading team development, performance management, training, and annual performance reviews.
  • Meet with agencies and department heads to coordinate strategies and efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies for best serving/acquiring SEGs.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth through new and existing market segments.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure the effective allocation of resources.


Job Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • Expertise in marketing strategy and implementation.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of publishing and editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proficient with analytical, communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with direct management and leadership development within a team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Job Level: High Level
  • Required Experience: 5-10 years of similar or related experience.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent.
