Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, multimedia design, and visual design, with extensive experience in videography and video editing. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is essential. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and production of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, print collateral motion graphics, and other visual materials.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects for the organization.
  • Oversee video production from concept to final edit, including storyboarding, shooting, directing, and post-production.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of visual content across all platforms, aligning with the organization's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual content.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and fellows, fostering a collaborative and innovative design team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, continually seeking opportunities to incorporate new techniques and tools into design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, and visual design. Theater experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a willingness to experiment and push creative boundaries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Working Conditions
  • Typical office environment with occasional travel for shoots and other engagements.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office and 2 optional remote days.
