Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team.

As a Senior

Product Marketing Manager , you collaborate with several critical areas to the business – Product, Marketing, and Sales. Your relentless curiosity about the way healthcare organizations communicate and collaborate, your eagerness to discover and share market and competitive findings with the Sales and Product teams, and your broadening marketing expertise make you an indispensable member of the Product Marketing team.

This role will help bind our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results. You will play an integral role in coordinating product launches, supporting campaign efforts, monitoring, and managing competitive intelligence, and enabling sales.

You know our competitors like the back of your hand: what they do today and where they’re headed. You also know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions. This isn’t guesswork. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to help drive the development of positioning and campaign messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful. At times, the role is a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to observe and when to dive in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Product Acuity – Develop deep expertise around our key product and workflow offerings: Clinical communication, alarm management & event notification, scheduling, and patient engagementCompetitive Intelligence - Become an expert on our competition, why we are winning/losing and how they are positionedMarket Intelligence – Be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteriaPersona Development – Research and document our persona buyers’ processes in depth, including the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then share your findings to drive changes to our sales and marketing processesMarketing Collateral – Create content that helps drives sales – including battle cards, datasheets, product guides, bottom of the funnel content, demo videos and moreGo-to-Market Planning – Plan the launches of new products and enhancements and coordinate the cross-functional implementation of the planSales Enablement – Understand and support our sales channels by training them on competitive intelligence, product messaging and establish a steady feedback loop for improving both the data and how Marketing supports SalesMarketing Effectiveness – Obsessively track performance of the marketing programs by identifying key metrics and continually suggest campaign and content improvementsCross-department Collaboration – Interface with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success and others to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target segments, buyers, and personas

What You Bring:

6+ years of industry experience in product or marketing with at least 3 years of product marketing experienceExperience in healthcare technology industry requiredBachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA is a plusProficient in productivity applications such as MS Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project Management Software, Jira and/or AsanaComfortable using CRM tools such as SalesforceFamiliar with competitive intelligence and win/loss tools including Klue or CrayonExceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—workingStrong public speaking skills, comfortable in front of large or senior groups, demo’ing or presentingSolid writer capable of organizing thoughts and observations into a clear, engaging narrative.Excellent people and project management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties

How We Pay:

We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilitiesWe are targeting a base salary from $76,300 - $158,000You will also be able to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
