With manufacturing on O’ahu and retail, farming, and processing partners on each island this work will take you all over with the flexibility of also working from home, a local coffee shop or wherever you can get in the flow.Why you should be interestedYou’ll work alongside our leadership team to develop, implement and iterate on an omni-channel sales & marketing strategy, with a focus on driving brand awareness and sales through our e-commerce, retail, and institutional business. We’re looking for a leader who is data-driven, highly focused on brand and customer experience, and who can manage all stages of the marketing funnel as we build Piko Provisions into the leading family food brand on the market.What you’ll doDevelop brand strategy and lead development, budget and executionOwn marketing calendar designed to grow awareness, build brand equity and drive sales growth.Drive paid acquisition strategies, lifecycle/retention marketing, and organic growth strategies.Support annual marketing planning, track and analyze key performance metrics, and develop high level strategy and campaign initiatives.Source, manage and work with new and existing agencies and partners to support creative, social media, digital marketing, design work, and OOH campaigns.Manage and grow our network to drive organic growth.Create brand awareness via community presence and engagement, press, brand partnerships, influencer and other marketing activations.Support in-store marketing activitiesAchieve sales and marketing goalsWhat makes you the perfect fit5+ years of sales and marketing experience in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment, preferably at a CPG startup.Experience in creating and executing strategic omni-channel sales and marketing plans for food company that works in both direct to consumer and retail channelsStrong strategic, analytical thinking ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven success driving results in retention + acquisition in a DTC environment.Knowledge of shopper marketing tactics to drive retail sales both in-store and online.Ability to process problems independently and drive towards strategic solutions.An understanding of brand, copywriting, and an eye for creative design.Working knowledge of and experience with e-commerce tech stacks such as: Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM’s, social media and moreExperience in building and leading a teamExperience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) a plus but not requiredWhy you’ll want to join usShape and grow an early stage CPG brand that’s healing our relationship with foodA great working environment and a team with a high level of emotional intelligence that gets good work done for our local communityAn opportunity to shape a highly diverse, effective and motivated team environmentA competitive compensation packageWe're a team driven by our love for helping and the impact we can have for our community and for the earth
