About Your Role

We are searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join our existing team. The individual will be responsible for building messaging and positioning, supporting demand generation programs, and creating sales tools and product-specific content. This individual will work closely with the demand generation and digital teams to develop and message integrated marketing campaigns. They are also responsible for customer case studies and transforming these opportunities into effective marketing assets and sales tools.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead the development of product positioning and messaging, building value props for core QGenda healthcare workforce management products (including Advanced Scheduling, Time Tracking, and Compensation Management)Build and execute the sales enablement plan, including the development of new sales tools and sales training materialsCollaborate with peers to write compelling content that describes the product's ability to meet buyer needs and solve market problemsCreate internal positioning guides as well as external messages and assets focused on key market segments, buyer personas and buying stagesLead the creation of marketing assets, including but not limited to market-facing collateral, case studies and success stories, digital media content, speaking proposals, presentations, video content, ROI tools and technical/scientific support materialsIn conjunction with Product Management, conduct market and customer research to gather data and insight about target personas, buyer needs and purchasing decision process for the productsServe as the industry and market expert for your products; stay on top of trends, competition, news and changes that impact your target market and solutionsBe your product(s) Thought Leader - Speak at tradeshows, webinars, and other speaking opportunitiesKeep in lock step with the sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration in market-facing activities. Deliver sales messaging and tools to support product marketing campaigns

Who You Are

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think both strategically and tacticallyStrong creative-thinking, interpretation and problem solving skillsSelf-motivated and works with limited directionOrganized with ability to follow-up and manage detailsAbility to work independently and within a cross-functional team environment, with Sales, Demand Generation Marketing and Product ManagementStrong leadership skills

Experience You Bring

5+ years of product marketing experience required, with experience working with a healthcare IT company preferredAbility to travel, up to 15% for events
