RUN Studios is seeking an enthusiastic Producer to support future work for partnering with its in-house team of talented digital media storytellers. As the bridge between clients and the production team, this position requires someone fluent in client management, project management, and full-cycle video and content creation.

As a Producer at RUN, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-production, production, and post-production activities. Experience and confidence in budgeting, developing workback schedules, shooting live action (studio and on-location), and ability to foresee and mitigate issues in post-production is essential.

As a collaborative member of the Production team and central point of contact for clients, excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial leadership are required to ensure great work is delivered on-time, on-budget, and delivers on messaging and strategic objectives.

This position is slated for future project-based work. On average, project duration is 6-8 weeks with travel (domestic and international) expected for on-location shoots.

As a Producer, You Will
  • Manage production of case study videos from kick-off to final delivery, from smaller scope/budget deliverables to more comprehensive, cross-channel campaign content
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing expertise and guidance in pre-production, as well as managing expectations throughout production to delivery
  • Track project progress, identify issues before they arise and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Communicate upward and across project teams - including project status, schedule changes, justifications for variances, and technical information
  • Assign resources and hire freelance talent, vendors, and production crews; organize crew assignments, set schedules, and manage all related contracts, waivers, invoices, and releases
  • Manage crews on small- and large-scale sets
  • Interview talent
  • Create presentation decks, creative briefs, and make creative decisions on set as well as post-production
  • Create and track actuals of project budgets
  • Organize project assets and data management
  • Close projects, including media management and archival


As an Applicant, You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience (mid-level) in all aspects of video production
  • Post-production experience with experience in editorial, audio, motion design, and graphics
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering media projects on time, on budget, and on strategy
  • Experience managing a team of creatives including live action crews, editors, animators and motion designers, director of photography and other crew positions
  • Great energy, enthusiasm, and passion to the team and process of creating world-class creative content
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both with clients and internal team members, a true people person
  • Ability to develop and execute plans for taking a project through the production pipeline, and communicate effectively throughout the process
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, can ask for help as needed, and is equipped on all levels to juggle multiple projects and moving parts within a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Organization, conscientiousness, and skills in detailed project management to mitigate risk and deliver excellent work for our clients
  • Excellent customer service and can be both an advocate for the client and RUN Studios alike

Compensation

Pay Range: $40.00 - $90.00 (Hourly)

The successful candidate's starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
