Marketing Manager
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Marketing Manager for a contract position in Chicago, IL. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary:
Supports the marketing objectives of the U.S. Consumer Lending line of business which includes real estate-secured and non real estate secured lending. Has a strong understanding of Consumer Lending financing to produce effective and integrated marketing solutions. Creates, develops and executes cross-sell, acquisition and retention marketing plans/strategies that are consistent with brand standards and align to strategic objectives and initiatives. Manages cross-functional relationships across the business to leverage new opportunities and services and acts as a liaison between the Lending line of business and internal marketing functions to provide input into the central marketing process and ensure alignment.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Mortgage and Home Equity Lines of Credit in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Manage agency partners to implement marketing tacticsTrack and analyze performance data to measure effectiveness, address any issues and find opportunities for improvement.Break down strategic problems, analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.Coordinate and engage with other Lending Marketing team members to deliver on broader Lending team goals
Qualifications:
Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience at a major financial institutionProficiency with Microsoft Suite with a focus on Teams, Outlook, Excel]Previous direct mail experience
Preferred:
Previous Lending experiencePrevious experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Jira, or Workfront
