We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Product and Solutions Marketing team.

Your impact on our mission: As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the expansion and sales of Lexia's established products to our prospective and existing customers. You'll leverage audience, industry, and opportunity insights to enhance product positioning and market penetration. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, research, and product teams to develop compelling value propositions, sales strategies, and adoption initiatives. You'll advance literacy education via Lexia product adoptions, and help accelerate the development of literacy skills for students of all abilities. Job Responsibilities:

Becoming an expert on Lexia's product suite, differentiators, customers, and competitors.Driving product adoption with clear and compelling value propositions, positioning, launch, and expansion strategies with respect to decision-maker persona needs, pain points, budgets, and processes.Leading go-to-market teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that effectively identify, target, and attract new customers.Collaborating with go-to-market teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous product and experience improvements.Leading strategic account initiatives to identify, target, and grow key customer accounts, focusing on expansion, cross-sell, and competitive displacement strategies.Partnering with go-to-market teams to drive cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with ongoing initiatives.Gathering and surfacing audience and industry insights through research, data analysis, and internal input to help shape product and marketing strategies.Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product bookings, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor and communicate the performance of strategic initiatives and their impact on bookings and revenue.Educating internal partners on how to effectively communicate the unique value of Lexia's products and services through various training, touch points, and methods.Developing sales enablement collateral in a variety of media including digital, print, and video; developing messaging frameworks, guides, presentations, and playbooks.Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar focus.5+ years of product marketing experience (K12 edtech preferred but not required).Experience building compelling go-to-market strategies that convey compelling product features and benefits for multiple buying personas.A proven track record of building successful relationships and partnerships internally, across all organizational levels, and externally with high-value customers.The ability to synthesize complicated product descriptions into captivating audience-focused language.Experience in and passion for collecting and using customer insights and market research to drive strategic product marketing decisions.An engaging, effective communication style, both verbally and written; experience leading compelling in-person and virtual meetings.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and familiarity with project management tools.Experience marketing to decision-makers in the K12 education technology space preferred.
