RightCrowd is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) industry, focused on providing cutting-edge solutions to enhance security and streamline access control processes for a diverse range of customers. As we continue to grow and establish our presence in the market, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the business and drive our product marketing direction.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Marketing Manager develops customer-centric value propositions, messaging, and campaigns that differentiate our offering and ultimately drive demand. This position is the in-house lead for ensuring successful go-to-market strategies are implemented and executed to drive positive ROI for the business. The Product Marketing Manager will be charged with developing and disseminating positioning used in marketing campaigns and by client-facing teams within the organization. The Product Marketing Manager reports directly to the VP, Marketing.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Liaise with Product Management team to establish go-to-market approach for new products, features, and markets; manage launch, framework, and executionDrive the launch, adoption, and utilization of new and existing product features. Develop and support the execution of go-to-market strategies, targeting specific buyer personas, verticals, and new markets to drive growth.Build external collateral that reflects our unique value proposition and highlights customer wins and product differentiation, such as case studies, claims, product pages, videos, and demos. Build internal training and collateral that supports our sales, marketing, and support teams in communicating the value of our product.Ensure a consistent voice and experience in all interactions through consistent messaging and branding across RightCrowd's resourcesClearly convey value propositions via integrated programs and campaigns to generate sales pipeline for the business based on defined buyer journeysCreate go-to-market plans, translating technical details and features into stories that resonate with customers and differentiates our product in the marketBe the product expert: Always seek out opportunities to up level product understanding and expertiseEvangelize customers and internal teams about RightCrowd's product features and benefitsIdentify opportunities to develop new resources, refine messaging and launch new campaigns that drive business growthSolicit input from customers and stakeholders for additions and enhancements to the productDevelop high degree of market intimacy to help the organization anticipate trends and deliver engaging content and experiences from users and buyers.Conduct competitive analysis and provide impactful insights and strategies to cross-functional stakeholders and drive displacementTrack and measure all marketing investments and analyze results, identify gaps and optimize marketing efforts to meet strategic objectivesCreate positioning and content plans that establish the company as an industry thought leaderWork cross-functionally with all areas of the businessWhat you'll need to succeed...

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant area of study5+ years of relevant marketing experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in product marketing within the technology industryExperience building successful integrated go-to-market strategies, from defining personas and buyer journeys to target markets to proven activations. Deep understanding of marketing campaign methodologiesTop-tier copywriting and presentation skills (examples required)Able to quickly identify and communicate value propositions for complex software solutions. Approaches each initiative with a market-first mentalityInherent professional drive and challenger mentality. The pay range for this role is:

115,000 - 125,000 USD per year (Remote - Denver, US)

115,000 - 125,000 USD per year (Remote - Austin, US)
