Supporting the Patient Digital Next team, this person joins a resourceful and passionate group pushing the boundaries of what is possible in deployment, change management and product marketing.Patient Digital Next TeamThe Patient Digital Next Team creates, deploys and supports all patient-facing digital solutions for DaVita. Products drive patient interaction with their healthcare experience through telehealth, education, personal health information and more through native and web-based applications. The team adopts the following disciplines:Visionary-based product design and development to meet patient needs

Intensive focus and commitment to adoption and usage to reach our patient population

Market focus to counter competitive dynamics and provide patients the best digital solutions Research-driven design and development to direct our efforts and strategy

Iterative development to build fast and adjust to respond to real-time user needsGo-to-Market LaneThis cross-discipline team combines product marketing, adult learning and change management to offer our patients and teammates:Training and support that removes barriers to adoption and usageMarketing and communications on the why and how of the product or featureFeedback mechanisms to analyze why field teammates and patients (target audiences) adopt or reject the product or feature; providing this feedback to the product development teamsPosition RequirementsApplicants should have 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, an ability to create promotional materials, and an ability to drive the right research for data-driven marketing campaigns. This person joins a team passionate about reaching our teammates and patients with a personal touch and sincere concern for positively impacting their overall experiences. This position will work in close partnership with the Deployment Learning Manager in the identification and creation of all go-to-market content and strategy.Key activities for the Product Marketing Manager will include:Product Expertise

Understand the competitive landscape of digital healthcare productsEx. What alternative products are available, which features differentiate them, how are they being positioned to customers, and how are they being received?Become a product expert in patient software platforms and be able to train on and speak to how they are used in the field by different usersDeliver education and training through support emails, demonstrations, meetings/calls, and site visits

Marketing Strategy & Validation

Draft and maintain a strategic product marketing plan and manage through executionPartner with the user research team to test product hypothesis and A/B messaging with target marketsUnderstand how our audiences get information and make decisions surrounding our applicationsApply an understanding of the competitive landscape of digital healthcare products as outlined above

Cross-Team Collaboration & Partnerships

Strong inter-personal relationship skills - Foster relationships at all levels to build trust with our target audiences: teammates, who both use our product and serve as our connection point to our primary target audience, patientsPartner with product teams to understand key business needs, value propositions, designing and implementing key messaging and collateralSupport change management and deployment activities in collaboration with all members of the go-to-market team.

Framing the message

Collaborate with user research, product, and marketing support teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiencesCreate promotional messages for distribution in varying channels (newsletters, emails, publications, websites, presentations, etc.)Without a sales team, design materials that empower teammates to drive adoption and use; create materials that speak to patients' values and tech aptitudeStrategize and build compelling campaigns, content, demos and customer stories to drive demand generation

Go-to-market message delivery pre- and post-launch

Evaluate and understand customer adoption, use and drop-off trends and influencesCollaborate closely with the Deployment Learning Manager and with multiple cross-functional teams in the creation, management and deployment of all marketing materialAssess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support our products on an ongoing basis, and report back on required changes

Performance Coaching and Team

Responsibilities may include providing performance coaching and workload management for temporary or permanent teammates supporting the product marketing functions of the go-to-market team.Demonstrate strong self-motivation and initiative; be able to proactively identify and address tasks and challenges and execute within a given timeframe

This is afull-time position that reports to the Director, Deployment and Change Management.
