The

Senior/Digital Marketing Specialist

will execute on a variety of digital and CRM-related initiatives that enable the firm's growth . This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, technically able, highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with intrinsic motivation and a solid client-service mentality. This position is a great fit for someone likes data, appreciate its power and gets excited what it can accomplish. Projects for this role will rely on deep marketing technology (MarTech) experience to develop, deploy and manage digital programs enabling demand generation and increasing engagement. This collaborative role will help manage the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM), partner closely with key stakeholders and work cross-functionally to ensure the superior execution of digital marketing and business development programs with ongoing reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the management of our website, including monthly reviews and updates, plug-in and risk management.• Implement and own the ongoing technical management of CRM and related reporting.• Post and optimize content on website, social media and other digital platforms.• Create and manage digital advertising, landing pages and retargeting campaigns.• Create, manage, optimize and report on paid social media, geofencing and Google Ads campaigns.• Create a dashboard and monthly reports on marketing analytics and KPIs, providing recommendations based on data and implementing changes as needed/agreed.• Manage the firm's Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program.• Own marketing's digital and data compliance (ADA, GDPR, cookies, etc.).• Manage and troubleshoot Google Analytics, Google My Business Page, Google Console and PageSpeed Insights accounts.• Own the email marketing program and the ongoing maintenance of the email platform while providing recommendations for improvement and more effective data management .

Qualifications

:

• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in marketing or related field.• 4-8 years of relevant digital marketing experience.• Social media experience required: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.• WordPress, Email marketing, CRM and Marketing Automation experience required.• Google Analytics, Google Console, Google PageSpeed Insights experience required.• Google AdWords, geofencing and paid social media campaign experience required.• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and good understanding of UX/UI best practices• Strong writing skills and video marketing experience a plus.• Google Data Studio, HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience a plus .• Compete ncy in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) required.• Superior project management and time management skills with a track record that demonstrates attention to detail and dependable follow-up.• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to work well within a team and serve multiple stakeholders with varying needs.• Resourceful, creative and positive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
