Devine Millimet seeks a full time Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join Devine's team in Manchester, NH. Devine Millimet is a full-service law firm with more than thirty practice groups, focused on serving regional business clients with high-quality personalized service.

The Business Development and Marketing Coordinator performs duties associated with the firm's marketing budget, events, seminars, calendar, social media, blogs, newsletters, advertising, and website and reports directly to the Director of Administration.

The Business Development and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for:

Internal and external communication efforts, which may include design, copy writing, and distributing materialAssists practice groups, providing proactive support for events, seminars, and conference sponsorshipsTracking of marketing project deliverables/firm analyticsPlanning/creation/design and placement of advertisingPreparation/coordination of submissions to legal directoriesPreparation of signage and purchasing giveawaysCoordination of marketing-related firm receptionsMaintenance of client contact lists; creation and distribution of related materialsAssist attorneys with updating web bios and profiles and practice area descriptionsWork with attorneys to create and maintain constant flow of articles for blogsProactive role in sustaining ongoing social media strategiesMaintenance of web content/websitePrepare and assemble pitch materials, presentations and RFP responsesPrepare and post client alerts, announcements and other updates for distribution by email, to the website and through social mediaWrite and edit internal and external communications, including article abstracts, press releases and blogs for the website and social media pages, and articles for internal distributionOther duties as assigned by the Director of Administration

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and detail skills, combined with the ability to multitask are a must. Marketing, communications or graphic design experience is required. A degree in Communications or Graphic Design is preferred. Knowledge and experience with all social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google and others. Proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Create Cloud (Acrobat Pro DC, InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) required. Must have knowledge and experience blogging. Three years of experience working with a law firm or other professional services firm is preferred.
