CeraVe Global PR Manager

Main Objective:

Oversee and manage daily International Public Relations (PR) operations and guidelines for all CeraVe brand activities, with the goal of building global awareness and cultivating brand affinity. Collaborate on major international product launches and tentpole events with all cross-functional teams. Co-develop and implement long-term PR strategies that elevate the brand’s medical equity and foundation among healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Work together with the Senior Manager to develop and execute global public relations strategies that elevate CeraVe's brand presence worldwide.

Craft comprehensive PR materials and global guidelines that enhance global marketing plans.

Champion CeraVe's brand narrative and scientific expertise across the globe, building awareness, strengthening brand image, and ultimately contributing to sales growth.

Collaborate with global markets to determine how PR can best support their unique needs while amplifying overarching brand campaigns.

Lead the development and execution of all PR materials within the global toolkit that enhance global marketing plans, including press releases, press dossiers, Q&As, pitch letters, key messaging documents, and more to support outreach efforts for always-on PR, new product launches, and tentpole events globally.

Lead briefing and managing external agencies to ensure alignment with CeraVe’s PR strategies and objectives.

Curate and maintain a detailed calendar of events and PR activities, ensuring alignment with global marketing initiatives.

Foster cross-functional collaboration by working seamlessly with all teams across Marketing, Medical, Digital, and Social/Advocacy—including external agency partners—to ensure CeraVe's global PR efforts are integrated and impactful.

Serve as the primary liaison for all internal communications requests and work to increase the share of voice across all internal channels, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging about the brand throughout the organization.

Oversee the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate processing of all PR-related expenses and initiatives.

Regularly monitor industry news and competitor activities to spot trends and recommend innovative PR strategies, tactics, and messaging.

Assist the digital team in managing international PR events, from key messages to logistics to on-site execution and post-event reporting, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for attendees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

2-4+ years of proven experience in a public relations role, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or healthcare industries, with a strong emphasis on execution and project management

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and tailoring messages for diverse audiences

Strong understanding of media relations best practices and experience securing high-impact media placements

Experience working with international markets and navigating diverse cultural landscapes

Proficiency in media monitoring and PR measurement tools

Passion for skincare and a deep understanding of the CeraVe brand

Please note: This position will initially be based in the ITC – Jersey City, NJ office, located at 111 Town Square Place, with the understanding that this office and your position will be relocating to our Hudson Yards – New York office in the future, timing to be confirmed

Salary Range: $100,400- $121, 550 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
