Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join Movado Group as a Marketing Coordinator to support the North America Sales Team. This individual will work with the Licensed Brands Marketing Teams and the Sales Team to support the execution of planned marketing initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the creative request process (banners, social, emails) with In-house team and external agency.
Follow brand guidelines and approval process.Update job book, job tracker, work ordersCreate Purchase OrdersSubmit invoices with Finance Team
Coordinate with Wholesale/Independent Account Executive for executing marketing opportunities.Update North America Brand One-Page-Wonders with seasonal highlights.Execute Seasonal POS Initiatives and visual updates for the Brands including order tracking and shipments to stores.
Coordinate with retail field ops team to execute in-store POS activations.Distribute visuals with mailroom to field reps.
Help with Market week preparations (organizing samples, printing line sheets, order catering, etc.)Follow up with brands for marketing assets - ensure on-time delivery for upcoming seasons.Update team with any GWPs, brand, marketing newsImplement and communicate NA regional marketing plans to the Brands.Ensure consistent communication of NA regional marketing plans.In collaboration with the Merchandising Team, develop, deliver, and replenish merchandising guidelines and materials to ensure the highest level of consumer experience including superior in store product placement.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
Bachelor's DegreeStrong interpersonal skills, ability to work with others to develop strong relationships.Take charge attitude while fostering teamwork and collaboration.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSAP and Excel experience a plus
