Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Communications, the Associate will independently and collaboratively manage community engagement, communication platforms, and resource development. Responsibilities include assisting with project and team management, event marketing, communications coordination, and technical assistance requests. The role requires strong skills in managing workflows through software platforms, proficiency in Canva design software, and Mailchimp, and bilingual (English and Spanish) capabilities are a plus. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience, and a commitment to community health workers, public health, and health equity.
