Graphic Designer ,

Global Communications , will be a key member of the Global Corporate Affairs and Communications team, responsible for creating engaging design content in support of the company's communication channels and initiatives. In this role, you will be a technical expert in graphic design for both the communications team, capable of communicating the company's strategic objectives and initiatives in a variety of visual forms.A successful candidate in this role will be adept at visual storytelling, have the ability to bring forth creative ideas that challenge the status quo, and will seamlessly manage competing priorities. The candidate must be creative, proactive, motivated, flexible and collaborative. In addition to strong design skills, you must demonstrate effective project and client management skills and the ability to move projects from concept to implementation seamlessly and effectively, on time and on budget.This is an onsite role in Racine, WIKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport communication initiatives through design elements in both the traditional and digital space, including email, web, presentations, tradeshow exhibits, event collateral, print material, digital newsletters, infographics and more.

Ensure consistent messaging and design is reflected across all communication platforms, including language, tone, and linkage to business strategies, while upholding existing corporate brand standards.

Provide counsel to the team on how best to use design to effectively communicate strategic initiatives and to appropriate target audiences.

Maintain awareness of design best practices and industry trends, and continue to evolve the role to deliver fresh and engaging designs.

Oversee project tracking system to help manage deadlines and identify trends and opportunities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree in communications, graphic design or related field and 2-5 years experience in corporate communications or agency environment.

Excellent communication skills, and ability to accept and incorporate feedback.

Experience working directly with corporate clients, managing expectations and navigating ambiguity

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design programs

A design portfolio showcasing an understanding of design principles in both print and digital formats

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSStrong communication skills and ability to effectively tailor approach to reach varied audiences

Skills in video editing, animation and HTML coding

Strong experience and knowledge of social media tools and emerging techniques for advancing corporate messaging

Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence peers and leaders

The ability to effectively manage multiple projects or roles in an evolving environment

A collaborative, flexible and highly-motivated style, with an approach to work that motivates and energizes others
