JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Technical Specialist, Graphic Designer Global Communications - 27205 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: ABOUT THE ROLE The Graphic Designer, Global Communications, will be a key member of the Global Corporate Affairs and Communications team, responsible for creating engaging design content in support of the company\'s communication channels and initiatives. In this role, you will be a technical expert in graphic design for both the communications team, capable of communicating the company\'s strategic objectives and initiatives in a variety of visual forms. A successful candidate in this role will be adept at visual storytelling, have the ability to bring forth creative ideas that challenge the status quo, and will seamlessly manage competing priorities. The candidate must be creative, proactive, motivated, flexible and collaborative. In addition to strong design skills, you must demonstrate effective project and client management skills and the ability to move projects from concept to implementation seamlessly and effectively, on time and on budget. This is an onsite role in Racine, WI KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support communication initiatives through design elements in both the traditional and digital space, including email, web, presentations, tradeshow exhibits, event collateral, print material, digital newsletters, infographics and more. * Ensure consistent messaging and design is reflected across all communication platforms, including language, tone, and linkage to business strategies, while upholding existing corporate brand standards. * Provide counsel to the team on how best to use design to effectively communicate strategic initiatives and to appropriate target audiences. * Maintain awareness of design best practices and industry trends, and continue to evolve the role to deliver fresh and engaging designs. * Oversee project tracking system to help manage deadlines and identify trends and opportunities.
