Description

We are currently hiring for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our Joyce University team. The Marketing Manager supports the marketing team by executing a variety of marketing activities for the institution across digital and traditional marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand. The Marketing Manager demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, advanced computer skills, strong analytical skills, is a creative thinker, and interacts professionally with a variety of people. This position will manage others, including multiple vendors, and requires strong leadership qualities. The position is ideally located on our Draper, UT campus, however we will consider highly qualified remote candidates.

WHAT YOU DO EVERYDAY:
  • Experience with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels; content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, lead generation, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Manage social media coordinator role, ensuring all organic and paid social media campaigns are on brand and support University strategic goals.
  • Responsible for managing all paid campaigns in collaboration with vendor.
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Monitor market trends, best practices, competitors, and the social media industry with special focus on managed platforms and communicate insights to the team and cross-functional groups as appropriate.
  • Regularly report insights gained from paid social media monitoring to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use creative thinking and initiative to analyze paid social media performance metrics and make recommendations on content and strategy to improve effectiveness of paid social media effort.
  • Work with graphic designer and video editors to create a wide variety of marketing materials and collateral including print, digital, and video assets consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Manage a variety of digital project from inception to completion, including definitions of project scope, steps to delivery and project budget.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy working relationship with all the different departments within the company to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Understand the company's products and consumer base to create marketing projects and campaigns that align with its vision and culture.
  • Monitor and manage Marketing Help Desk system to ensure fulfillment of marketing requests from across the organization.
  • Manage and collaborate with various vendors.
  • Provide support on lead generation efforts.
  • Provide support, attend and assist with other team members during various campus events.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

WHAT YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED:
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or IT)
  • Preferred Education: Master's Degree
  • Preferred Experience: 4 - 5 years in a creative marketing role

Salary Description

$80,000 - $90,000 Annually
