SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Marketing Coordinator executes community and division level marketing initiatives, with direction from the Director of Marketing, in accordance with established policies & procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute marketing initiatives outlined in the annual division marketing budgetReview budget and expenses with Director of Marketing on a monthly basisCode and submit invoices to the Director of Marketing for approvalCoordinate model home set up and maintenance, including merchandising and sales office installation, with direction from Director of MarketingVisit division communities on regular basis to become familiar with our product, communities and sales teamActively participate in training for all areas of marketing and related fields, including architecture and salesExecute sales promotions according to department proceduresLearn the target consumer groups (TCGs) that our company uses in sales/marketingRelay community outreach opportunities, including potential sponsorships and charitable giving, to the Division President and Director of Marketing for reviewCreate social media content and maintain a social media calendarOrder and maintain all community signageCreate new marketing pieces and press releases with support from the Director of MarketingCoordinate marketing material orders and weekly material shipments to communitiesEnsure adequate inventory levels of marketing materialsSchedule media including photography, videography and Matterport toursPlan and execute events (Realtor, consumer, employee appreciation, etc.)Promote a consistent brand image across all messaging, events, PR, and promotional materialsMonitor website to maintain accuracy, including coordination of monthly website reviews and content updatesAttend meetings and functions as necessary (occasionally after hours or on weekends)Maintain & distribute status and other reports/schedules on a regular basisComplete special projects as assignedManage key relationships with stakeholders outside of the organizationKEY INTERACTIONS:

4-year degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field1 year of relative experience preferredGeneral knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media and SEO preferred for effective collaboration with digital marketing teamStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects with general direction and with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & InDesignWORK ENVIRONMENT:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Vision abilities required by the job are close vision. The employee is often required to sit and use their
