Marketing Operations Manager - Full Time Contractor The Linux Foundation is looking for a new Marketing Operations Manager to the Communications team. In this role, you will support the activities of the Senior Marketing Operations Manager in Marketing Automation platform management and the strategic development and day-to-day execution of marketing campaign activities for numerous open source project communities. Our perfect candidate is a hands-on, collaborative HubSpot expert who can effectively manage numerous business units and stakeholders, help us build and grow our brand, products, and membership, drive sales-qualified leads through nurture campaigns, and build our marketing database. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, this candidate is an enthusiastic marketer with a strong personal drive who implements best practices in every effort that is made and loves a challenge!

Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Key Responsibilities:Serve as internal HubSpot point of contact for the Linux Foundation, acting as platform administrator, providing day-to-day production support for HubSpot and other integrated platformsWork cross-functionally with Linux Foundation and associated projects to onboard and train project marketers to organization’s HubSpot portal, helping with onboarding of new team members requesting HubSpot access, and providing ongoing supportPlan, support and execute email campaigns at various intervals with project marketers from unique project communitiesExecute on marketing and HubSpot requests via Asana Demand Generation ticketing system, including but not limited to: list imports, list segment creation, email staging, email template creation, HubSpot access requests, etc.Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, including the template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action etc within the HubSpot platformOversee list segments across the various projects utilizing HubSpot based on behavior metrics and demographics (content downloads, site page visits, industry, job role, event attendance)Develop and actively optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customersImplement, track, and measure lead scoring and respective lead stages specific to project pipelinesManage operational workflows to achieve desired business outcomes such as lead routing and data hygieneWork to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sendsDevelop and measure A/B tests, provide reporting cadences, and make recommendations around optimizing ongoing resultsEstablish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, ensuring standards are applied to marketing automation processes with a focus on quality output, GDPR compliance, CCPA compliance, and CAN-SPAM actEstablish and manage campaign and event ROI analysis and reporting for leadershipMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred5 to 7 years of HubSpot specific marketing automation managementHubSpot Certifications are a must: HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, HubSpot Reporting, InboundGoogle Analytics experience is a plusProficient in designing, building, managing, and optimizing HubSpot MarketingIn-depth understanding of the martech landscape / SaaS / lead generationTop-notch analytical skills, mental curiosity, and translating data to action to drive resultsA deep knowledge of email tools, marketing automation strategies, a passion for lead attribution, scoring strategies and execution, and proven success in customer lifecycle marketing strategy and executionExcellent project management skillsCollaborative team playerShould know how to use data as fuel to drive resultsFundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS to build email templates and landing pagesThe Linux Foundation is an all-remote workforce that hires world-class talent.
